Restaurante Ponto Final

Ponto Final is a top pick for lunch in Lisbon, highlighted by its breathtaking waterfront view of the city and simple preparations of traditional Portuguese food.

In order to get to Ponto Final, you have to take a 10 min ferry ride to cross the river from Lisbon’s Cais do Sodré station to Caçilhas on the other side of the Tagus River. From the ferry station, take a right and the restaurant is located at the end of a pier which is about a 15 min walk along the quay. The walk to the restaurant can be somewhat long and confusing to those who have never visited the place, sometimes walking past abandoned buildings/warehouses, but the trip will be worthwhile.

Reservations are recommended as it can get quite busy during peak hours when the weather is nice.

One response to “Restaurante Ponto Final

  1. I stopped by the restaurant with a group of 5 people for 15 hours a day on July 31 for a cup of coffee or another drink, the waiter informed us very rudely that we could only use the table if he were to have lunch. Wonder where’s the law these conditions. So much publicity for bad service.
